Oren Klein | Managing Partner
Oren Klein is a Partner at AuctionAdvisors bringing over 18 years of commercial real estate experience to his position. He is responsible for real estate auction sales and client management throughout the country.
Prior to his position at AuctionAdvisors, Mr. Klein was a Partner at Integrated Property Group, LLC d/b/a Tranzon for over four years. Prior to that, Mr. Klein was a Vice President of Sales at Express Auction for 4 years. Mr. Klein was primarily responsible for opening the company’s North East operations in New York and successfully established the company as a significant auction house in the region.
Before entering the traditional real estate auction business, Mr. Klein was a partner at a commercial real estate investment company where he concentrated on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and office properties. Mr. Klein has also published a series of columns on the use of technology in the commercial real estate industry and was a regular columnist for Real Estate Investment & Property Report magazine.
Mr. Klein received a B.A. from Rutgers University and is a graduate of The World Champion College of Auctioneering. Mr. Klein is a licensed Real Estate Broker in NY, NJ and CT, an FDIC Subcontractor Auctioneer, and is a member of various trade organizations including: Mortgage Bankers Association (“MBA”), Turnaround Management Association (“TMA”), New York Institute of Credit (“NYIC”), American Bankruptcy Institute (“ABI”) and the National Association of Auctioneers (“NAA”).

Joshua Olshin | Managing Partner
Joshua Olshin is a partner at AuctionAdvisors and brings his extensive experience advising corporations, financial institutions, municipalities and individuals on the disposition of real estate and real estate related assets and businesses throughout the United States.
Immediately prior to joining AuctionAdvisors, Mr. Olshin was a Partner at Integrated Property Group, LLC d/b/a Tranzon for over four years. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director and General Counsel for Express Auction for nearly four years.
Before entering the auction business, Mr. Olshin worked as a corporate/transactional attorney in private practice for more than eight years, beginning his career at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom and then at Friedman Kaplan Seiler & Adelman. During his time as an attorney, he advised top Fortune 500 companies on the acquisition and disposition of corporate assets, including real property and real estate related assets and businesses.
Mr Olshin received his B.A. from Johns Hopkins University, his J.D. from Northwestern University Law School and his M.B.A from INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France). Mr. Olshin is a member of various trade organizations and his affiliations have included: Turnaround Management Association (“TMA”), American Bankruptcy Institute (“ABI”), National Association of Home Builders (“NAHB”), Urban Land Institute (“ULI”), Mortgage Bankers Association(“MBA”), National Association of Auctioneers (“NAA”) and is admitted to the New York Bar Association.

Ran Daniel | Vice President & CFO
Ran Daniel is a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AuctionAdvisors. In addition to his responsibilities as CFO, his focus is on servicing foreign sellers and cultivating foreign buyers of real estate. Mr Daniel is familiar with the unique issues such sellers and buyers face, and brings such knowledge and experience to his clients. Mr. Daniel is also integral to AuctionAdvisors initiative to provide a broader set of legal and accounting services to owners and investors in real estate related assets and businesses.
Prior to joining AuctionAdvisors, Mr. Daniel had an extensive career in finance and international business management. He was a senior manager in the audit and corporate finance division at Ernst & Young LLP and eventually went on to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of several public and private companies.
Mr. Ran Daniel is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the United States and Israel and is admitted to practice law in New York. He is licensed as an Associate Real Estate Broker in the State of New York, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM). Mr. Daniel holds a Bachelor degree in Economics & Accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and JD from the University of Bar-Ilan.

Jeremy Sandel | Vice President
Jeremy Sandel is a Vice President at AuctionAdvisors. Prior to joining the company, Jeremy worked for Integrated Property Group, LLC. d/b/a Tranzon where he cultivated financial institutions, hedge funds, and owners of real estate for the disposition of property via auction. Prior to that he worked at the Carlton Group, a national real estate advisory firm helping large scale developers to raise capital and otherwise manage the transactions oriented aspects of their businesses. Jeremy also worked for a boutique restructuring firm where he played an integral role in performing loan workouts on behalf of commercial property owners nationwide.
Mr. Sandel received his M.S. in Real Estate Asset Management from New York University and a B.S. from Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business. His affiliations have included the International Council of Shopping Centers (“ICSC”), the Mortgage Bankers Association (“MBA”) and the National Association of Auctioneers(“NAA”). Mr. Sandel is a licensed real estate agent in New York.

Wallace Schmidt | Marketing Specialist
Wallace Schmidt is a Marketing Representative for AuctionAdvisors. He brings over 40 years of experience in the auction industry. Mr. Schmidt spent 2 years in the commercial real estate brokerage business working for Pyramid Brokerage, a member company of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance. Mr. Schmidt headed the firm’s auction division headquartered in Latham NY.
Prior to his work at Pyramid, Mr. Schmidt was a long-time partner and auctioneer for Albany Auction Gallery in Albany, NY, a successful auction house specializing in personal property valuations and sales. In addition, he also founded NorthEast Auction Associates and pioneered the use of on-line auctions through live auctioneers, one of the largest on-line auction promoters and technology providers for on-line bidding.
Schmidt’s affiliations have included various boards of realtors, professional affiliations and trade organizations: Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (“CIREB”), Greater Capital Association of Realtors (“GCAR”), New America International (“NAI”), Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Member, National Association of Realtors (“NAR”), New York State Association of Realtors (“NYSAR”), National Auctioneers Association (NAA), and New York State Auctioneers Association (“NYSAA”).
Schmidt attended Hudson Valley Community College and Adirondack Community College. He is a licensed real estate agent in NY and graduate of Missouri Auction School.

Evan Gladstone
Evan Gladstone is the founder and Executive Managing Director of Chicago-based NRC Realty & Capital Advisors, LLC. Mr. Gladstone began his real estate career in 1974 at Sheldon Good & Company, and has been a prime mover in the real estate auction and sealed bid venues since then. He began conducting residential real estate auctions in 1982 for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD, then for the FSLIC and FDIC ultimately selling over 4,000 houses by the end of the 1980s.
Established in 1989 as the National Real Estate Clearinghouse, Inc., Mr. Gladstone guided NRC as one of the Resolution Trust Company’s major auction and sealed bid contractors selling nearly one billion in commercial and residential real estate from 1990 to 1994. He pioneered the use of sealed bid sales for commercial real estate first for the RTC and then for major banks and corporations including Circle K, K Mart, GE Capital, and BP North America. In 2002 and 2003, he was hired to conduct two landmark bankruptcy liquidations for Swifty Serve Stores and Clark Retail. Using a ‘buy one, some or all’ sealed bid format, he was able to generate nine thousand hard-money bids for the more than 1,200 convenience stores being sold, and close the transactions in under 90 days to 420 individual buyers.
Mr. Gladstone is a licensed real estate broker in multiple states and a member of many industry related organizations including National Association of Realtors, National Auctioneers Association, National Association of Convenience Stores, International Counsel of Shopping Centers, International Franchise Association and the Turnaround Management Association.
Dennis L. Ruben
Dennis L. Ruben joined NRC with over twenty-five years of legal experience with specialization in real estate and financial matters. Most recently Executive Vice President and General Counsel with GE Capital Franchise Finance Corporation, his supervision of the legal department and direction of all legal matters for this $10 billion business unit included real estate acquisition, loan origination and structuring of all major financing transactions.
Mr. Ruben has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Iowa College of Law and a B.A. degree from University of Iowa. A member of several State Bars, multiple Bar Associations and the American Bankruptcy Institute, Mr. Ruben participated as a past speaker and panelist for the Strategic Research Institute.
